What the TIFFxDAN app costs
The TIFFxDAN app costs $25 a month, or $199 a year at our launch price (normally $249), through December 31, 2026. The first 7 days are free, and you can cancel anytime in the app. One membership includes every program, every challenge and every workout.

Questions
- How much is the TIFFxDAN app?
- $25 a month, or $199 a year at our launch price (normally $249). Both plans include everything.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. First-time members get 7 days free. You add a card to start, we email you before the trial ends, and you aren't charged if you cancel before then.
- Is there a 6 month plan?
- No. There are two plans, monthly and annual.
- Does the $199 launch price go up later?
- No. If you join at $199 a year by December 31, 2026, that price stays yours for as long as your membership continues.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, in the app under You, then Manage membership. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partly used periods, except where the law requires it.
- Can I pause instead of cancelling?
- Monthly members can pause for 1 to 3 months. There are no charges while you're paused.
- Can two people share one membership?
- Yes. One membership is enough for two people training together, as long as you both use the same login.
- Is TIFFxDAN on the App Store or Google Play?
- The TIFFxDAN app runs in your browser at app.tiffxdan.com, on your phone, laptop or TV, and you can add it to your home screen in a few taps. Our old app store app is being retired, and its prices are out of date.
- What is TIFFxDAN?
- TIFFxDAN is Tiff and Dan's workout app and YouTube channel. We started training together at home in 2020, and our two channels now have 1.3M+ subscribers. On many of our workouts you'll see both of us: Dan does the harder version and Tiff the lower impact one, with the same timing.
- Is the TIFFxDAN app worth it?
- It's worth it if you like training with a video and want the plan made for you. The membership covers every program and workout for $199 a year at our launch price (normally $249), and the first 7 days are free, so you can try it before you pay.
- I was a member in the old app. What do I pay?
- Your price stays the same as long as your membership continues without a break.
