Most programs use dumbbells and bodyweight. Some workouts include optional equipment like a bench/step/chair, a yoga block or similar for heels elevated and deficit exercises, and a mat or a soft surface. Each workout clearly lists what you need before you press play.

Your free trial gives you full access to the app for the trial period. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically continue at the selected rate. You can cancel anytime during the trial through your app store settings.
